Welcome to AlphaFic. By accessing our H5 web reader, reading novels, or making digital content purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Content & Free Access

We provide a curated library of original serialized fiction. The first five (5) chapters of our serialized novels are free of charge for all readers. Subsequent chapters may be unlocked via story buyout, VIP all-access subscription, or digital reading tokens.

3. 1-Click Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your VIP weekly subscription at any time with no penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel, manage active subscriptions directly inside your PayPal account, or email our 24/7 support team at [email protected] with your order ID.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

All stories, cover art, character depictions, and platform software hosted on AlphaFic are protected by international copyright laws. Serialized works on AlphaFic are provided pursuant to digital distribution agreements with independent authors and creator partnerships. Any unauthorized scraping, commercial redistribution, or unauthorized mirroring of our content is strictly prohibited.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and strictly comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been improperly hosted on our platform, please consult our full Copyright & DMCA Compliance Policy or contact our designated copyright agent at [email protected] for an expedited 48-hour takedown.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability (免责声明与责任限制)

Service Provided "AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE" (按现状提供)： AlphaFic provides all content, reading software, and digital services strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Continuous Availability (不保证持续可用)： We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, completely error-free, secure, or free from viruses or technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, or telecommunication disruptions may occasionally cause service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability (责任范围限制)： To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AlphaFic, its owners, affiliates, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service.

Assumption of Risk (用户自行承担风险)： You expressly acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the platform, digital novels, and reader is at your sole risk. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to AlphaFic in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

6. User Conduct, Breach of Terms & Termination (用户违约责任、限制与终止)

Prohibited Actions (禁止行为)： Users agree not to engage in unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering, exploit scripts, fraudulent payment chargebacks, multiple bot account registrations, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Platform Enforcement Remedies (违约处理措施)： If a user breaches any provision of these Terms or engages in prohibited conduct, AlphaFic reserves the immediate right, without prior notice or liability, to enforce the following disciplinary actions at its sole discretion:

• Formal Warning (警告)： Issuing formal cease-and-desist warnings to the user's bound account or device fingerprint;
• Feature Restriction (限制使用)： Temporarily or permanently restricting access to certain reader features, novel chapters, or coin exchange privileges;
• Content Removal (清除违规内容)： Immediate deletion or moderation of any abusive reviews, comments, or unauthorized submissions;
• Suspension or Termination (暂停或终止服务)： Suspending, freezing, or permanently terminating user accounts, guest device fingerprints, or IP access;
• Forfeiture of Balances (已消费金额不退还)： In the event of material breach, fraudulent payment disputes, or intentional platform abuse, any unused coins, promotional bonuses, and unexpired VIP time shall be forfeited, and all previously consumed or settled amounts are strictly non-refundable.

We further reserve the right to seek injunctive relief and civil or criminal damages against severe violators under applicable international laws.

7. Governing Law and Disputes
